Halloween and Zombie hunt in Tallinn, Tondi shooting range is coming again! A whole week of adrenaline with zombies and real zombie hunting weapons! Don’t sleep on it!
From October 28 to November 3, 2024, zombies are visiting the Tondi shooting range again. Since the list of guest speakers has been confirmed, we now invite you to be part of the fun.
The Zombie Hunt is one of our most popular Halloween events. It includes a course where the hunt takes place with real zombie hunting weapons: a submachine gun, a civilian version of the SigSauer M400 assault rifle, and a shotgun. Under the guidance of the instructor, you move along the path and shoot various zombies. And we didn’t just come here to play! The track has real 3D living dead, not just paper targets. So that the adrenaline still hits the bottom, we also add sneakers, a bit of noise, flashes of light and moving notices! A flashlight and a hologram sight are also added to the weapon. You choose what you use! We promise you that it will be a decent and memorable adventure!
NB: Not recommended for the faint of heart!

See you on the zombie hunt!
Halloween is the night of October 31st versus November 1st. It coincides with the Western Christian All Saints’ Day. According to historians, it probably has its roots in pagan Celtic rituals. Halloween is especially popular in North America.
A holiday introduced in America by emigrants (probably the Irish), commercialized there and now “brought back” with a circle. The main feature is a hollow pumpkin with a face cut into the side and a candle inside – a pumpkin lantern. The opportunity to move around in costume is also used. Children “chomp” the neighbors, putting them in front of a choice: “Candy or bomb (literally: trick or candy)?” (“Candy or bomb” is used in between.). A trick is a kind of prank. When the neighbor has prepared for the arrival of guests, he distributes candy, for example. But if he refuses, he can count on some prank or trick. After Halloween, the neighbors have a lot of detective work to find out who was hiding behind this or that mask, because often the boys and girls change clothes and then perform accordingly. In the event that it is not possible to provide proper face masks, make-up compensates for the lack of a mask. Halloween is also relevant at company parties – mostly costume or theme nights are held.
In Afro-Caribbean mythology and voodoo, a zombie is a corpse reanimated by witchcraft. The word probably comes from West African languages (zumbi “idol” in Kikongo, nzambi “god” in Kimbundu, etc.).
In pop culture (horror movies, etc.), zombies are portrayed as living corpses with limited intelligence and a hunger for the flesh of the living.
In neuroscience, a person who reacts to sensory inputs quickly and stereotypically without realizing them (without thinking) is called a zombie (in a zombie state). This condition can occur in both simple (for example, line work) and relatively complex (for example, driving in traffic) behaviors.
Come by yourself or with a friend, in both cases there is plenty to do!
